Traveling Rules
- If the player is a Genin/Academy Student you must travel with a Chuunin or Higher Ranking Shinobi. Failing to do so, will result in the player's character to be classed as a Missing Ninja or become tracked down by your Village Black Ops Division.
- Once you create a departure post at your Village Gates, you may create a topic in the Travel Section. (Inserting URL to Travel Section)
- A player must have permission from the village Kage (IC or OOC). But, if the village Kage is not active at the time, then you must get permission from the Village Black Ops Captain or highest ranking member.
INTERVENTION
- A person has 12 Hours to invade a travel topic, after the 12 hours then the person has successfully made it to their destination.
- The person you are invading must be Chuunin or higher ranking shinobi. If a Genin is accompanied by Chuunin or higher ranking shinobi, then they are able to get invaded. Also, the invading party may only have equal or lesser numbers than the party they are invading with only a few exceptions. During times of war, or during a mission to take down a high ranking entry in the bingo book, attacks may outnumber defenders.
- Once the Thread is successfully invaded, no member of each party can escape from the thread for 8 Posts, starting from the Invaders first post.
- Invading a traveling party can also be used to prevent them from leaving threads. When a traveling thread is successfully invaded, the original participants of the thread must either fight it out or attempt to escape.
- Once the invasion has ceased, the looting of any deceased shinobi is allowed.
