Aesthetic: Kisaragi is a teen with the build of an athletic bookworm, and a physique as tuned as his steely mind. No visual scars or any discerning physical traits other than his vibrant mix-matched golden, and crimson colored eyes. His jet-black hair rest at medium length, with locks that cascade and slightly silhouettes his face.
Kisaragi's attire is fairly simple and is as functional as it has to be. A stylish fur-lined hoodie/jacket resides on his torso, its innards lined with varying sizes of pockets to accommodate an inventory unique to Kisaragi's specific needs. On his waist sways a small satchel home to a random assortment of things: from a notepad and writing utensil, to hand-crafted scrolls readily accessible for battle. Below that Kisaragi sports a common pair of Shinobi pants that cut off just a few inches above the ankles, and a matching set of boots to set the whole outfit off.
Inner Sanctum: Quiet. Kisaragi usually keeps to himself and observes his environment in fine detail. Being raised by a strict and curt family Kisaragi has learned the subtle, yet intricate nuances of social interaction. Even though he may feel uncomfortable about a situation, his peers would find it quite difficult to grasp what's on his mind. He can be kind, compassionate and friendly, but when slighted or disrespected Kisaragi pulls no punches, and especially lashes out at others who mistreats those he cherishes most.

Kisaragi's lineage hail from a land far across the Great Blue Yonder; a land not yet discovered by modern society. They strive as burly fishermen and cunning traders who can pull the wool over the most frugally-perceived merchant - and earn a vast profit of coin in the process. Though they make their living by plundering deep-sea wreckage and cultivating their wage through bartering, they are anything but push-overs. Due diligence contesting the seasons has granted them distinguishing traits and abilities that could only be obtained by living such a demanding lifestyle. These abilities were then in-turn honed and evolved into a special abilities that have been passed down through generations.
Because they so often dove into such abysmal bodies of water, the clan needed to develop a way to communicate with one another from distances considered to be otherwise too far. They did, however, learn to channel Chakra to push air into their throats and cause controlled vibrations using the muscles in their neck. Much like the same way many animals of the sea do. With years of experience and close calls with predators in the wild, few talented practitioners began transcending the technique to provide a means of protection.
Kisaragi's elder brother was one of these few prodigies within a small branch of the clan's main family. Alongside his brother, Kisaragi was taught the hard way how to materialize opposing circumstances into the means of survival. They battled storms, creatures, and man alike, all-the-while maintaining their existence and humanity in a scrimmage of inner-self during daunting times. Through this vicious process, Kisaragi also educated himself in the true meaning of giving and receiving earned companionship.
However, on one fateful voyage, as they returned home from a months-long salvage, the brothers found themselves wrapped-up in the makings of a severe and historical maelstrom. Preparation nor flawless improvisation could of saved them from the tyrannical waves that inevitably over-turned and destroyed their clan's heirloom vessel. During the insanity of being repeatedly swallowed and spat out by the ocean, Kisaragi was separated from his brother and clan-mates. He awoke days later recovering in an intensive medical facility that was - what seemed like to him - on an entirely different planet. Now, he finds himself wandering this newfound land trying to establish any kind of steadier footing and to locate his family so that they can complete their trek back home.
